Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative professional to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing captivating social-first content strategies that engage communities and drive brand success across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with senior creatives and cross-functional teams to bring culturally relevant ideas to life, contributing to multiple campaigns from concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ideation and development of social-first creative concepts for content, influencer partnerships, and paid campaigns. Create compelling, client-ready presentations that align brand objectives with contemporary cultural trends. Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and support new business proposal development. Work closely with senior creatives to ensure creative vision and quality standards are met throughout campaign execution. Write detailed briefs for creators and influencers; provide constructive feedback and guidance to optimize content performance. Produce diverse social assets, including short and long-form videos, photography, and static visuals; may include appearing in content. Mentor junior team members, fostering their creative growth and ensuring deadlines are met. Stay informed on latest social media platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience engagement strategies. Support internal team collaboration and client relationships with openness to feedback and proactive problem-solving. Handle administrative duties with equal dedication to creative work, maintaining high organization standards. Preferred Qualifications1-3 years of experience in agency, brand, or social media roles with a strong portfolio showcasing social-first branded content. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Skilled in creating engaging presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote. Excellent attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous desire to learn and stay ahead in social trends. Comfortable with light physical tasks related to photo and video production. Location:Fully Remote
