Job Description

We are looking for 3 Sales Representatives to join our dynamic and growing company in the following regions: 📍 Buzău & Prahova📍 Dâmbovița & Argeș📍 Teleorman & GiurgiuWhat will you do in this role?MARKETINGEstimate the local fuel market by customer category and analyze market trends. Assess the fuel needs of current and potential clients. Identify current and potential competitors in the area and evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Gather and report relevant market and competitor information to the company—whether precise or approximate, confirmed or uncertain—always indicating the degree of reliability.

Promote the corporate image of JT Grup Oil in the region. SALESUnderstand the technical and economic features of the company’s products and services. Present and promote offers to potential clients. Negotiate and sign framework contracts. Maintain a professional attitude, language, and appearance in all client interactions. Plan client visits weekly and choose the most efficient travel routes. Gather relevant client information prior to contact and create tailored engagement strategies aligned with the company’s general approach. Create your own yearly sales plan with monthly breakdowns, aligned with company targets. Set your own monthly and annual objectives, such as:

Number of clients visited and acquiredNumber of signed contractsQuantities contracted and deliveredIn case targets are not met, analyze causes and take corrective action. Communicate to the company: Client-specific requirements differing from the standard offerProposals from potential clients regarding changes to the offer (pricing, payment terms, etc. )SUPPORT SERVICESProvide technical support on the use and maintenance of fuel tanks and pumps. In case of client complaints or doubts about fuel quality, collect fuel samples in their presence and send them to the company for analysis. Assist other company employees during deliveries, when needed.

Monitor client satisfaction, resolve complaints or escalate them along with suggestions if outside your authority. Assess client creditworthiness by observing visible assets or gathering public/third-party information, and report accordingly.
