JTI Korea is looking for a highly creative and visionary Brand Manager to spearhead the development of key brands in South Korea. For a 12-month period, you will have the unique opportunity to influence portfolio direction, lead innovative product launches, and craft impactful communication and activation strategies that resonate with consumers.
Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in translating strategic objectives into compelling initiatives, ensuring alignment with market goals and delivering outstanding business results. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Mix Development: Drive the development of the full marketing mix, including new products, packaging, communications, and trade programs, to strengthen brand equity and maximize ROI.
Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze consumer trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify innovation opportunities and ensure brand relevance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Marketing & Sales teams and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand plans. Investment Management: Define annual investment allocations, oversee brand/portfolio P&L, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Brand-Centered Culture: Foster a brand-centered mindset across the organization, embedding brand purpose in all touchpoints. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing functions. Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and commercial aspects impacting brand performance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent communication skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills. Open-minded, achievement-oriented, and consumer-centric.
