In this role, you will be responsible for managing both front-end and back-end features of our E-commerce ecosystem, while actively collaborating with local, regional and global IT & other stakeholders to improve Digital Consumer Experience.

This role has a chance to be converted to permanent upon exemplary performance of the incumbent. What You’ll Do: E-commerce & Platform Management: Operate and enhance the Ploom. co. kr e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless UI/UX, content updates, and promotional rollout. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, and vendor teams locally and globally to align and execute digital initiatives. Digital Strategy & Insights: Translate brand objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies across touchpoints and track KPIs for continuous optimization. Performance & Budget Management: Monitor and evaluate e-commerce campaign ROI, manage the digital budget, and generate monthly performance reports. Consumer-Centric Mindset:

Leverage consumer insights and market trends to elevate the digital ecosystem and propose growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing; FMCG or retail background is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in website frontend/backend tools, e-commerce platforms (Magento is a strong plus), and basic web analytics. Bonus if you have experience with Agile, SaaS, HTML, Rest API, or Power BI. Languages: Fluent in English and Korean. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, analytical, and agile—with strong collaboration and communication skills. What To Expect:
