comReporting Line National Key Account ManagerDuty Post Seoul, South KoreaKey Account ManagerKey account manager is responsible for defining relevant key account strategy in line with company vision & execute it aggressively & effectively into in-charged key accounts, fully supporting effective management of investment on key account channel (CVS) in accordance with the company operating guideline and procedure. Above all, this position requires a good command of negotiation to pave fundamental business circumstance in order to win the competitions and support operations function's activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management KA Manager will meet JTI objectives in Key Account Management employing a robust, structured process and using existing internal tools in order to lead the Account Management, to KAs strategy, to evaluation. The KAM will drawing proper collaboration with operations, financial & planning analysis, corporate affairs, legal in order to fulfil all requirements in key account management. KAM will be able to define and explain a 3-year forecast of each account for targets relative to designated and agreed targets. Contract Management Develop and implement the most effective strategies/ initiatives/ action program based on key account channel.

KA Manager will agree trading agreements with account handlers and manage relevant budgets efficiently and effectively, initiating, negotiating and actioning account specific action plans as agreed in the KA Account Investment plan. Negotiation Develop and agree specific proposals and negotiation strategy with other functions. Lead negotiations and contract signing with Key Accounts to achieve set targets. Negotiation will be in line with JTI strategy. Report on achievements.

Cross functional Work As the main point of contact between the customer and JTI, Key Account Manager will build and develop positive business relationships with key accounts and initiate and develop internal and external cross-functional relationships. Requirements7+ Years of proven Key Account Management experience in FMCG is required. CVS experience is nice to have, but not required. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills. Fluent in Korean and proficiency in English is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. PowerBI experience is an advantage.
