The Junior Global Brand Manager is responsible for executing our brand strategy in various brand initiatives in different fields.

This role combines strategic insight with operational execution, with a core focus on optimally positioning our brand across HoReCa and Retail channels. You will focus working on major branding projects, communication initiatives, POS executions, and Social Media Management. The role will support the Global Head of Brand in planning and executing branding projects as well as new campaigning initiatives to increase brand relevance, and increase market penetration. You will also be supporting the development, execution, and optimization of our social media presence and for the activation of our brand at the point of sale. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support on brand design work and branding initiativesFacilitate & coordinate new campaign initiatives and broader brand-building effortsDrive POS item development, supporting customer engagement and brand relevanceContribute to the development of strategic partnerships, from brand ambassadors to influencers to global partner marketing activitiesCollect the inputs and needs from the Global Sustainability team, ensuring the sustainability communication in its remitSupport real-time brand & asset management platform governanceSupport managing the “always-on” social media presence across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, from concept to deliveryEnsure consistent brand voice across all brand channelsPartner with global and local teams and external partners (agencies, suppliers etc) to align and implement strategies effectivelyConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and proactively propose relevant ideasMonitor key brand KPIs, provide comprehensive reports, and recommend improvements.

YOUR PROFILE: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or preferably Master DegreeIdeally two years of experience in brand management in FMCG, or marketing agency with focus on design, branding, creative and aesthetic workProficiency in English and German; additional languages are an assetStrong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills, creativity and strong eye for aesthetics, can-do attitude, proactive working style% business travel– the role will require regular market visits in various countriesWHY JOIN US?Building a Global Heritage Brand:

For legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position in Austria, which is € 2. 471 gross per month (full time). However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore above the stated minimum salary.
