About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Front Desk to join the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date guest profiles and history records are maintained, including preferences and special requests. Collaborate with various departments to communicate guest preferences and special requests prior to their arrival, ensuring a seamless experience. Check arrivals list and ensure all necessary preparations are made for VIP guests, including amenity orders and room readiness. Conduct daily courtesy calls to guests and ensure a warm welcome upon arrival, including offering scented towels and welcome drinks. Ensure timely delivery of VIP amenities and spot-check amenities for long-staying guests to maintain guest satisfaction.

Assist with guest escort upon arrival and ensure suite guests or VIPs are offered special services such as the Jumeirah unpacking service and ensure lobby greeters or guest relations staff are always present to welcome and assist guests. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
