Role SummaryWe're looking for a Publicist to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our efforts to promote exciting film projects and be part of our consumer and awards campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for film (international films a plus) who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our experienced team and build your expertise in film publicity. What You'll DoSupport the project lead in strategic and tactical efforts, with ownership of certain aspects of campaigns. Find new press opportunities, craft pitches, and arrange for coverage across various titles.

Maintain and grow close working relationships with key media contacts across the evolving media landscape. Manage important documents for film projects updated and organized, including talent schedules, statuses, press requests, etc. Create and arrange key materials for press including screening invites and press releases. Manage asset placements including trailers, posters, clips. Staff publicity-related events including covering talent at press and special screenings, press days (in-person and virtual), film festivals, and awards-related events, including after-hours and weekend.

RequirementsMotivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and organization with 3 - 5 years of professional experience in film and/or television PR at a major studio, streamer, network, or agency. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. A passion for cinema (international a plus!)Experience working with both consumer (general audience) and awards-focused press.
