Job DescriptionTietoevry Create Ukraine invites talented professionals to join our customer’s team as a Junior 24/7 IT Support Engineer in Zhytomyr. Our client is one of the leading Scandinavian online supermarkets, providing convenient grocery delivery services across the country.Areas of ResponsibilityCommunication with European customers (phone, email, IM)ITSM tickets handling and dispatchingRemote user supportInfrastructure monitoring and reaction according to the documentationSolving incidents in IT area: performing basic troubleshooting and event correction according to the defined proceduresPrioritizing and escalating incidents (when required) to the appropriately experienced technicianOperating in shifts for 24/7 customer supportIncidents detection, investigation, escalation, reportingPrioritizing and differentiating between potential intrusion attempts and false alarmsHandling security incidents as reported by individuals or automated systemsQualificationsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016/2025, O365 and Windows 10 OSBasic experience with Active DirectoryFamiliarity with LAN\WAN administrationIntermediate level of English (both spoken and written)Basic knowledge of ITIL or alternative frameworksExperience operating in a ticketing system like JIRAPersonal SkillsExcellent analytical skills, critical thinkingCustomer and service oriented behaviors in daily interactionsFlexible and self-initiativeAdditional InformationAt Tietoevry, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
