Come join our team as:Account Executive (Chile)The impact you will make:We are seeking a proactive and motivated B2B Account Executive to join our dynamic global team. This role is integral to our continued success, focused on expanding partnerships with leading organizations worldwide to offer meaningful internship experiences to a talented pool of global intern candidates.As an Account Executive, the focus will be on building and managing a pipeline of companies across 20+ industries, understanding each partner's unique needs, and successfully onboarding them into our global internship programs. If you’re looking for first-class corporate experience within a fast-paced organization where your contributions make a genuine impact, we’d love to hear from you!Possible Locations: Santiago, Chile/ London, England /Dublin, Ireland You’re excited about working here because you’ll:Research and build targeted prospect lists of global organizations.Proactively prospect and connect potential partners through a multi-platform cold outreach strategy (LinkedIn, Email, Phone, Events).Progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline, converting them into partnerships and onboarding them onto our technology platform. Lead and execute discovery calls and presentations with a variety of organizations across different industries and locations.Convert prospects into partners & manage the onboarding process. Work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative communication & social selling strategies that build thought leadership and engagement. Research, build and manage data lists of prospective clients. Continuously improve processes through automation & technology. Provide support and expertise to new partners on internship design, training and structure. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. We’re excited about you working here because you have: Proven ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and strong time management1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management, or recruitment, with a successful track record in client acquisition and relationship buildingEntrepreneurial/start-up experience is a plusProficiency with data and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing clients through the full sales cycleTarget-driven with a results-focused mindsetExceptional organizational skills and a growth-oriented mindsetFluency in English (additional languages a plus)Willingness to travel semi-regularly to London for client meetings, conferences, events, and training (approximately once a quarter)Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for travel, education, and cultural exchangeLogistical Requirements: Home office space, as we are a remote-first companyA personal computer to work fromYou’ll love working at TIG because:At The Intern Group, we are passionate about people, their growth, and making an impact.
