Thrive Los Angeles is a fast-growing outsourced sales company specializing in B2B sales strategies tailored to small businesses on behalf of our clients. We use data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools to help our team consistently deliver results for our clients, which is driving further expansion.As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing accounts, driving revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts. You'll build client relationships and offer tailored sales solutions in a high-performance environment.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales.Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a given territory.Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems.Qualifications:Ambition & Drive: A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment. You’re eager to take on challenges and have the motivation to exceed sales targets.Entry-Level Experience: While previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not required. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.Strong Communication Skills: The ability to confidently communicate, build rapport, and engage with diverse clients, from small business owners to senior executives in large enterprises.Team-Oriented: While you will be driving your sales, we value collaboration.
