Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.What You Will DoIn this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Regional Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships. You will independently handle selected accounts while contributing to the overall customer success strategy in the region. A key part of your role will be to drive user adoption and engagement by delivering impactful product trainings and enablement sessions tailored to specific customer needs. This position will focus on the Australia and New Zealand markets.Key Responsibilities:Support and grow a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers in close collaboration with the Regional Account ManagerIndependently manage selected accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfactionDeliver onboarding, user trainings, and enablement workshops to drive product adoption and deeper feature usageProactively prospect into new departments or teams within existing customer organizations to expand account reachAct as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries and supportMonitor usage and customer health, proactively addressing risks and uncovering growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences and value deliveryTrack activities, report insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM toolsYou will be great for this position if you have1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing roleStrong communication and presentation skills in English (Japanese is a plus)Comfortable leading product demos, training sessions, and customer onboardingProactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); experience in a SaaS/software environment is a plusUnderstanding of the B2B sales cycleData-driven approach to decision-makingEnthusiasm for learning and explaining tools like think-cell’s intuitive productivity platformOur ValuesAs part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:Forward Thinking: We embrace change and challenge the status quo.Ownership: We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.Customer First: We prioritize delivering lasting value.Unified Team: We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.Strive for Excellence: We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.Why is think-cell the right place for you?We empower over 1.2 million users across 30,000 companies, including top consulting firms and major global enterprises.
