From custom software and web platforms to strategic consulting and technical discovery, they support clients at every stage of their digital journey.What You’ll Be DoingAs an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, ensuring we’re not only meeting expectations, but consistently adding value. You’ll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, spot on growth opportunities and build genuine, lasting relationships.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeActing as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsUnderstanding client goals, challenges, and how our solutions support themManaging ongoing communications, check-ins, and stakeholder alignmentWorking closely with delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfactionIdentifying opportunities for account growth and supporting proposal creationMonitoring account health, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesFeeding client insights back to our internal teams to help shape services and strategyWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re after someone who’s relationship driven, commercially aware and comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical conversations.Are proactive, organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects/accountsCan confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levelsAre curious, solutions-focused, and not afraid to ask smart questionsUnderstand how to spot and nurture account growth opportunitiesHave a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivery great client experience.Why join?
