A Junior Account Representative serves as a key support figure in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that day-to-day communications and deliverables run smoothly. Assist in managing client accounts under the supervision of senior account managersCommunicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updatesCoordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, strategy) to ensure timely project deliveryTrack project timelines, deadlines, and deliverablesSupport the preparation of presentations, reports, and campaign summariesMaintain up-to-date records of client interactions and account detailsHelp resolve client issues and escalate when necessaryQualifications:
