Reporting to the Business Manager and Office Manager, this dual role blends accounting responsibilities with general administration, ideal for someone eager to build foundational experience across multiple business functions in an educational setting.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing Xero-based accounting functions, including payroll, budgets, reconciliations and codingLiaising with parents, staff and vendors on financial matters, including school fees, purchasing and paymentsProviding administrative support, including record keeping, front office coverage, and internal communicationsCoordinating bus operations, including compliance, route management and liaising with drivers and familiesPreparing reports, submissions and returns required for board or government complianceEngaging with a close-knit team to assist across projects, planning, and professional developmentAs this is a newly created role in a growing college, you’ll have the opportunity to shape systems and make the position your own.
