With the right mindset, everything else can be learned.THE JOURNEYIssue Invoices to partners & couriersAssist in collecting outstanding debts from partners; prepare and check partner balancesAR/AP reconciliationPrepare and upload payments for suppliers and partnersReview, process, and control accounting documentation for completeness and correctness.Receive and process supplier invoicesCommunicate daily with partners and suppliersPartner with the Commercial team as their go-to person for finance insights and operational support.Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, automate, or enhance workflows.Prepare regular and ad-hoc AR/AP and billing reports.Communicate with HQ, regional, and local stakeholders, supporting implementation of new processes and initiatives.Support month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation activities.Cover other accounting and analytical procedures as needed.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE1 years of experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury ideally in a multinational environment.Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and WordPossessing basic knowledge on taxes (VAT and CIT) and statutory regulationsExperience with ERP systems (preferably Wand or Navision; but others, as Pantheon, SAP, Oracle also relevant)Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valuedAnalytical profile, data-driven, goal-oriented and teamworkAdvanced EnglishIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
