Whether developing vibrant neighborhoods with world-class property like Jumeirah Lakes Towers and the much-anticipated Uptown Dubai or delivering high-performance business services, DMCC provides everything its dynamic community needs to live, work, and thrive.Made for Trade, DMCC is proud to sustain and grow Dubai’s position as the place to be for global trade today and long into the future.Role Summary:The Junior Analyst - Legal will support the Associate Director - Corporate Legal and members of the team, to deliver projects independently and/or within DMCC Legal team.It is an important support role within DMCC Legal to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation internally to all BUs and in representing DMCC externally.Key Responsibilities:Work under the supervision of senior employees of the DMCC Legal team to conduct legal research, preparing legal opinions and reports. Develop and enhance competencies in communication and commercial awareness.Support DMCC Legal team with preparation, review and approval of all low-risk contracts, including commercial contracts, MoUs, collaboration agreements and NDAs generated by all DMCC’s BUs: Commodities, Free Zone, Corporate (Marketing, IT, HR, Finance) and Property.Support with draft and review of basic legal notices and contracts as delegated from DMCC Legal team from time to time.Support with managing Contract Approval Process in accordance with: Authorization Matrix, Risk Classification Matrix, Legal Policy & Procedures.Support DMCC Legal with team with the managing, developing, updating and storing of contract templates across all BUs.Support Admin and DMCC Legal team with Administration of legal invoices and quotations as requested, updating various legal trackers and task lists as requested.Budget process, JF creation and approvals as requested. Managing group holiday and work from home Excel schedule as requested.Preparing quarterly, half yearly and annual reports (ops, strategic and budget) as requested.Coordinating DMCC Legal Briefings and other communications.Understand and gain deep familiarity with the Legal Policies and Procedures and be able to support DMCC Legal with advising BU on practical requirements under the Legal PP.Assist on DMCC Legal Department related projects (internal and administrative projects) and legal tasks as requested and/or delegated by members of DMCC Legal from time to time.Develop legal correspondence skills with internal peers and stakeholders as well as the Legal Affairs Department and other Government or Local authorities. Translation verification.QualificationsBachelor’s degree holder in Law and qualified to practice law (graduated within the last 2 years) with a GPA of 2.5 and higher.0–1 years' experience.
