This role will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, trouble-shooting, and further enhancing the use of Concur within Magna International. As this role matures, the position may be expanded to include all aspects pertaining to the implementation and support of Concur Travel booking.Major ResponsibilitiesSAP Concur Support (1st and 2nd level)Support onboarding activities in relation to Concur, according to instructionsExecution of configuration changes within ConcurTraining & Educating Users of Concur Expense Entry & tracking according to Magna IT standardSupport in Cognos Reporting AreaSupport in testing and requirement specification for robotic process automationKnowledge and EducationBusiness and process analysis experienceFluency in English, on a business or near-native levelExperience in a client-facing roleWork Experience1 - 2 years of SAP Concur Support ExperienceExperience working in a multi-cultural and global work environmentSkills And CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesKnowledge of Concur system and/or previous experience working in ERP/HR an assetAbility to quickly learn new systems and processes, understanding work flowsWork EnvironmentNormal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computerAdditional InformationUp to 5% regular travel, international travel may be required on an exception basis.For dedicated and motivated employees, we offer both an interesting and diversified job within a dynamic team, and the individual and functional development enabled by a globally acting business.
