Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.The role of Junior Accounts Payable Accountant will be based in our office in Cracow, Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead.ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices in line with the 3-way match process and ensure timely paymentsResolve exceptions and discrepancies in received invoicesCommunicate with Controllers, Purchasing, P2P teams, and suppliers on accounting records and payablesReconcile open supplier invoices with statements per Group policyCollaborate with the O2C team on related transactionsManage GRNI accounts and prepare month-end accrualsProcess intercompany recharges and reconciliationsPrepare payment proposals and maintain supplier invoice recordsSupport supplier master data accuracy and complianceContribute to process improvement initiatives and month/year-end closing activitiesRequirementsBachelor´s or Master´s degree in accounting/finance fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (P2P)Experience with SAP Finance and VIM is a plusProficiency in MS OfficeFluent English + another European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) as a plusStrong communication skills with various stakeholdersResilience under pressure, adaptability to change, problem-solving mindsetBenefitsCompetitive salaryEmployment ContractPrivate Life InsuranceSocial FundHealthcareOther Social ServicesAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
