Assist Engineers in Work Order Processing, Contract Review Form (CRF), BOM preparation for Standard & Customized Products. Prepare Catalogue data, IOM, Technical Data & Specification Sheets.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Wiring diagrams & control panel layout for standard & customized productsAssist Engineers in Work Order process, preparation of Bill of Material for Standard and customized products with accuracy and within specified time frame.Assist Engineers in selection of appropriate material as per project specification and design guidelines.Prepare Mechanical Layout, Wiring Diagrams, Terminal layouts and control panel GA drawings for Job Orders and CRF’s as per the requirement.Guide and support the Draughtsman to prepare the drawings and to verify the drawings prepared by draughtsman during order processing.Maintain Job history database.Process Modification request.Maintain and update the standard drawings and the database.Prepare Catalogues, IOM, Technical Data, & Specification SheetsCatalogue Preparation, IOM.Prepare Technical Data Sheet.Prepare Item Specification sheets.To assist Engineers in preparation of BOM and item codesAssist Engineers in creating Item codes, Nomenclature preparation.Assist Product Engineers in preparation of Std and Optional BOMOther scope includes the following Prepare loading point calculations for standard and modified unitsCalculate the line sizes as per the guidelinesPrepare nameplate template drawing as per available data from engineerAssist Engineers in refrigerant charge calculationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical EngineeringDesign of HVAC Equipment’s basically on layout drawings, wiring diagrams or Design drawingsExperience in 2D & 3D detailed drawingsWhy Join Us?At SKM, we value expertise and innovation.
