Job Overview:The Junior Architect will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects. The role involves preparing design drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:● Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.● Support senior architects in preparing concept, schematic, and detailed design presentations.● Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate design requirements.● Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.● Prepare 3D models, renders, and presentations for client meetings.● Assist in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and material specifications.● Research materials, finishes, and building codes applicable to projects.● Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and revisions.● Liaise with vendors, consultants, and contractors for design coordination.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.● Registration with COA (Council of Architecture) preferred.● 0–2 years of experience in architectural design and detailing.Skills & Competencies:● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.● Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.● Good visualization, design sense, and presentation skills.● Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
