We collaborate with local and international clients to deliver innovative and creative design solutions. Position Overview We are seeking a talented 3D Visualization Architect with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for bringing architectural designs to life, focusing on visualizing and communicating design concepts from inception to completion. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in architectural visualization or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.Strong creative and technical skills in 3D rendering.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings.Develop and maintain a library of visualization assets.Collaborate with architects to translate concepts into visual representations.Assist in creating mood boards, floor plans, and technical drawings.Manage project timelines and client communications.Attend client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements.Support FF&E and BOQ documentation.Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination. Essential Programs 3D MAXLumion (plus)SketchupAutoCADRevitPhotoshopInDesign (plus
