Our stores are fast-paced, community-driven, and proudly part of an iconic global brand that has been loved for generations.We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Junior Area Manager to join our leadership team and take responsibility for a cluster of key Pizza Hut restaurants across Sydney’s suburbs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong operational and financial management skills within a high-performing franchise group.The PositionAs a Junior Area Manager, you will work closely with individual Store Managers and their teams to ensure operational consistency, business growth, and adherence to brand standards. You will play a key role in supporting the performance of multiple restaurants while developing leadership capability and driving continuous improvement across your region.You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of restaurant performance, including customer experience, team development, and financial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Store Managers to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives across multiple sitesManage full P&L accountability including sales performance, cost control, and profitabilityOversee staff rostering to ensure optimal labour efficiency and compliance with wage budgetsLead recruitment and hiring to build high-performing and customer-focused teamsSupport Store Managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance managementEnsure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and brand standardsMonitor and manage operational adherence to safety, fire safety, and company policiesIdentify and act on opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiencyDevelop and implement action plans to achieve measurable business improvementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe will provide comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role.
