OverviewAdvocates and ensures utilization of convergent banking, self-service machines, and other digital channels. Promotes and supports the digital initiatives of the bank.Responsible for deposit account servicing (deposits, withdrawals, encashments, checkbook reorders, inquiries, etc.) and other platform functions, processing of payments, receipts, and other monetary transactions, among others.Creates a positive customer experience worthy of customer patronage and endorses prospective clients for the bank.Job Description:Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts.Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives as needed.Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, and turn in any excess or damaged currency to the head teller.Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree HolderCash-handling experienceExcellent communication, customer service, and time-management skillsAbility to pass a background checkStrong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
