QPRC is seeking a driven candidate to join Council’s Digital Branch to support the development of optimal processes and practices.In This Role You WillDeliver business improvement projects that optimise processes, workflows, and service delivery.Perform reviews, assist with software testing and user training for new systems.Analyse and interpret data to support business decisions.Collaborate with software users, project managers and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and support.We Are Looking For Someone WhoPossesses a tertiary qualification in IT and/or relevant experience.Has exceptional time management skills, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Has demonstrated skills in PC Applications Software, including Microsoft suite of programs and electronic record management systems.Possesses strong communication skills to deliver customer service through various channels.Working With UsThe successful candidate will have the chance to influence and improve Council’s processes and practices that will have a flow on effect on their local community.
