Junior Business Analyst (Data domain)

Job Description:We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support ongoing projects in the IT and data domain. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, document specifications, and support implementation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients and project teams to gather and clarify business requirements.Assist in analyzing and documenting requirements into clear and structured forms (use cases, user stories, workflows, etc.).Support in creating and maintaining requirement traceability and project documentation.Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the final solution meets business needs.Participate in testing and validation of implemented features when required.Requirements:1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software projects.Basic understanding of data is a strong advantage (or willingness to learn—training will be provided).Strong logical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in documentation tools such as Excel, Word, or Jira/Confluence.Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Other information:No English requiredOnsite at My Dinh, Ha Noi2-month contractor (can extend more)
