Job Description: Collect, analyze and clarify requirements from clients and internal departmentsAct as a bridge between clients and the development team to ensure accurate communication of requirementsWork closely with Developers and Testers to explain requirements and provide support during product development and testingPrepare requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories, …) and use modeling tools (Wireframes, Flowcharts, …) to present requirements clearlyTrack, respond and coordinate in handling issues or requirement changes during and after implementationParticipate in business process improvement and propose optimal solutions for clients and internal teamsSupport in resolving arising issues and managing requirement changes2. Requirements:Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields6 months – 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (experience in PropTech, Fintech, E-commerce projects is a plus)Solid understanding of software analysis and development processes (preferably with Agile/Scrum)Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, …Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and logical reasoning skillsGood communication, presentation and documentation skillsProactive, eager to learn, good team player and able to manage work independently3.
