Junior Business Analyst – Java, SQL & AWS | Contract

ResponsibilitiesSupport senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and workflows. Contribute to solution design and testing activities, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented. Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights that inform project decisions. Help facilitate workshops, presentations, and client discussions, effectively communicating technical concepts. Maintain project documentation, including user stories, process maps, and status updates. Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to support problem-solving and delivery improvements. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a business analyst or technology support role. Detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders. Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud; able to understand technical requirements and perform simple debugging. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks, including SDLC processes. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities; ability to identify areas for improvement. Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, or legacy system migration is good to have. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support project delivery.
