YOUR CHALLENGELead and support process optimization, data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to successManage the whole project life cycle, from planning and writing business requirements to testing solutions, implementation and measuring successCollaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the CRO Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructureOrganise project meetings and prepare management slides for different boardsWork in an agile project environmentExecute ad-hoc business analysis and reports, support other project and team members across CRO Analytics & TransformationYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration, finance or any other related field)Strong Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and LegalSolid strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with profound experience in project management and business analysisProficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organizationAs an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quicklyCurious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutionsTeam-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcomeFluent in English (main business language), German is an advantageWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
