Junior Business Analyst

Position SummaryThe Junior Business Systems Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, streamline operations, and support organizational change.This is a contract to hire that can be done remoteKey ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis: Act as liaison between business and technical teams to elicit, document, and analyze requirements. Facilitate walkthroughs with engineering teams and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).Documentation: Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining scope, objectives, and functional specifications. Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.Technical Systems Analysis: Analyze data flows, integrations, and system dependencies to support accurate system behavior.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Understanding of programming/software development concepts such as APIsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Pay around 50-55/hr
