ValGenesis suite of products are used by 30 of the top 50 global pharmaceutical and biotech companies to achieve digital transformation, total compliance and manufacturing excellence/intelligence across their product lifecycle.Learn more about working for ValGenesis, the de facto standard for paperless validation in Life Sciences: https://www.valgenesis.com/aboutAbout the Role:ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of customer validation processes to document requirementsCollaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and achievable requirementsDesign and develop effective configurations tailored to each client's needsDocument configurations and conduct walkthroughs (Conference Room Pilots) for customer validationDeliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge transferTroubleshoot customer issues, document them, and work towards resolution through the ValGenesis ticketing systemFoster strong relationships with client SMEs and actively participate in project meetings and discussionsMaintain accurate timesheets and complete all mandatory training programsRequirementsA passion for learning and a commitment to excellenceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with clientsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Project management skills (familiarity with MS Project a plus)A higher education degree in a relevant field (computer science, industrial engineering, pharmaceutical technology, etc.)Experience with working in the Life Sciences industry a plusWe’re on a MissionIn 2005, we disrupted the life sciences industry by introducing the world’s first digital validation lifecycle management system.
