As Sweden’s only SMR developer, we are on a mission to decarbonize industries and enable safe, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions. Our technology uses uranium nitride fuel and lead coolant, creating novel challenges and opportunities for the fuel cycle and supporting systems.What You’ll Get To DoAs a Junior Business Developer, you’ll play a key supporting role in Blykalla’s business development and fundraising efforts. In the short term, your main focus will be to assist the senior business development team in driving ongoing and upcoming fundraising activities.Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and refining investor materials such as pitch decks, financial models, and data room content. Supporting investor outreach, coordinating meetings, tracking interactions, and maintaining CRM tools. Contributing to internal projects and ad-hoc initiatives across the organization as needs arise.As the company continues to grow rapidly, your scope of responsibilities will expand, giving you hands-on exposure to nearly every aspect of the business.Who You AreYou’re at the start of your career and looking for a steep learning curve in a company that’s making a real impact. You combine strong analytical skills with a structured way of working, and you’re eager to apply your academic background to meaningful, hands-on work. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking initiative to get things done.We believe you have: An MSc or MBA in Industrial Engineering and Management, Finance or Economics Internship or short experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a scale-up High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling and data handling Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenNice-to-haves: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) or project management software Experience with fundraising processes (e.g., investor relations, data room management, financial materials) Exposure to the energy, deep tech, or cleantech sectors Experience working directly with senior stakeholdersLocationThis position is located in our office in Stockholm.So, what do you think?Joining our team means being part of a supportive and innovative environment where your ideas are valued and your expertise is recognized.
