Junior Business Development Executive

Job Description:We are a startup marketing agency looking for a Junior Business Development Executive working remotely focused on business development, client acquisition and management.Responsibilities:• Identify and engage new clients, write proposals, and upsell services while managing their accounts with design team.• Work remotely, traveling as needed to meet clients and attend on-site projects (like exhibitions and photo-sessions) in Riyadh and/or Jeddah.• Compensation starts as commission-only, with a pathway to a full-time role in 6-8 months.Requirements:• Saudi National• Approximately 2-3 years of experience, preferably in marketing.• Strong social skills and comfort with direct client interaction.• An existing network of potential clients is a plus.• Any background in creative fields (like graphic design) is beneficial.In summary, this role is ideal for a social, marketing-savvy individual at the early stages of their career who’s ready to grow with us.
