Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery calls with prospects to understand needs, challenges, and budget.Present TecXra’s IT and software services in a clear, value-focused way to decision-makers.Consistently generate new business by developing strong client partnerships and closing deals.Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that win client trust.Maintain accurate records of all interactions, negotiations, and closed deals in CRM.Build strong, long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.Continuously develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.Monitor and analyze sales performance, adapting strategies to improve closure rates.Represent TecXra professionally in meetings, presentations, and client communications.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (BBA, BBIT, BSCS, BSIT, MSc IT).
