The Junior Business Development Manager supports the company’s growth by identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships, market expansion, and service improvement. This role focuses on research, relationship building, and project coordination—not direct sales. The goal is to provide support to C levels to help align company capabilities with client and market needs to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities:Market & Industry Research:Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, emerging markets, competitors, and potential areas for business expansion.Partnership Development:Support the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships, alliances, and referral relationships that align with company goals.Opportunity Analysis:Evaluate potential business opportunities and prepare data-driven recommendations for management.Proposal & Presentation Support:Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports that outline growth opportunities or partnership strategies.Cross-Department Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure new business opportunities are executed effectively.Process Improvement:Identify internal process gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to solutions that enhance client experience or operational performance.CRM & Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and business development activities in the company’s CRM or tracking tools.Performance Tracking:Support management with tracking KPIs related to growth initiatives, client engagement, and partnership success. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field1–3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or project coordination (Sales focused preferably or non-sales focused also works but with a business mind)Strong analytical and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) Big Plus.Someone with many years in a true executive assistant role. Someone who has worked to support CEO's, CFO's and that type of talent. On Friday the leave time is usually at 3:00 pmSUMMARY:This is an admin position, We are looking for someone with many years in a true executive assistant role with business development experience. Someone who has worked to support CEO's, CFO's and that type of talent. English should have NO accent. C1 level Mandatory.
