You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.TasksYou responsibilities will be :1- Management of the entire business life cycle management• Clients sourcing• Sales strategy definition• Set up, lead and conduct business meetings with key decision-maker in the Industry• Contracts negotiation2- Management of the talent acquisition process• Candidates sourcing• Recruitment strategy definition• Set up, lead and conduct first and second interviews with future consultants holding an engineering or PhDdegrees• Candidates closing• Signature of full-time contracts3- Management of a team of consultants• Career plans management• People management• Business unit managementRequirementsMSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development6 months to 3 years professional experience, including internships and apprenticeshipStrong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and EngineeringYou are fluent in German (C1 minimum), speaking French is a strong advantage
