Your work will support teams across the entire group and have a tangible impact on day-to-day operations.As a Junior Business Systems & Operations Analyst within our Contract & Trade department, you will take ownership of our ERP systems, support and optimize cross-department workflows, and help turn data into actionable insights. You will play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, connected, and future-ready, while gaining broad insight into how the organization functions. RESPONSIBILITIESTake ownership of ERP systems, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvementSupport cross-department workflows and optimize business processes to enhance efficiencyManage and maintain databases, translating data into actionable insights for decision-makingDocument workflows and standard operating procedures for clarity and consistencyTrain and support colleagues in the effective use of business systemsContribute to operational planning and coordination across departmentsAssist in invoice verification and ensure administrative processes are accurate and timelyHandle various operational and administrative tasks to support seamless business operationsPROFILEYou have a bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is a plus)You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and writtenYou are tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and toolsYou are familiar with SAP (experience is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential)You have a critical and analytical mindset, and you are business- and commercially orientedYou are able to turn data into actionable insightsYou are organized and detail-focused, ensuring processes run efficientlyYou are a strong communicator with excellent reporting and presentation skillsYou are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with databasesYou are flexible, results-driven, and able to balance multiple prioritiesYou are curious about business processes and enjoy understanding how different departments collaborate OFFERThe Ethnicraft Group is a dynamic, international company that has been creating authentic, contemporary and timeless furniture for over 25 years.
