PayAlly provides international and local payments, multicurrency account, currency exchange, debit cards, card issuing and payments gateway.This position is fully office-based in Vilnius, Lithuania.Main responsibilitiesResponding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient mannerAttend to client's complaints and resolve issues promptlyProvide a high level of customer support both in English and RussianClosely working with internal stakeholders to assist with the onboarding process of new customersMaintaining CRM systemHaving an outstanding knowledge of the company’s products and servicesSupport Senior team members in their dutiesCandidate requirements1-3 years of experience in customer service (key accounts)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and RussianGood decision maker, solution orientatedAbility to explain complex information clearly and simplyHighly driven and self-motivatedHonest, professional and trustworthyExcellent attention to detailsAbility to work within a teamExcellent conflict resolution, interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clientsExceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethicExperience in financial services desirable but not essentialBenefitsPrivate medical insurance (after probation period)25 days of annual leaveBirthday leave
