You will play a key role in our team, providing essential support to our valued clients. The ideal candidates for this role are individuals with similar experiences, however we also welcome fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds to showcase their potential, enthusiasm and prove their abilities. This is an excellent opportunity to boost your career!What We’re Looking ForPossess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tajik. Any other additional languages would be advantageous.Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role.Prior customer service experience is advantageous.Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.Your Key ResponsibilitiesTo serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM softwares.Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity. ShiftRotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week.
