We are committed to advancing medical innovation and enhancing patient care through our dedicated services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) located in Madrid. The junior CRA will support the monitoring and execution of clinical trials and help ensure that study activities are conducted in accordance with protocols, timelines, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with site monitoring activities, helping maintain study documentation, supporting communication with investigational sites, and contributing to the overall coordination of clinical research projects.The Junior CRA will work closely with senior team members to learn best practices, develop technical skills, and gain hands-on experience across various aspects of clinical operations.QualificationsMandatory English and (1) additional European language, as for example German, Dutch, Portuguese or French. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences requiredPh.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLess than 1 year of experience as Clinical Research AssociateStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentA proactive mindset and curiosity that fuels innovation
