This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within our cloud support team.Key ResponsibilitiesIncident Handling: Incident management, including triage, impact assessment, and coordination with engineering teams to resolve issues.Root Cause Analysis: Support the preparation of RCA reports after service restoration.Process & Automation: Help design and improve processes, reporting, and automation for repetitive tasks.Documentation: Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Cloud Resource Support: Assist with provisioning and configuring Azure resources across multiple environments.Monitoring: Help implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.Operational Tasks: Participate in deployments, patching, and disaster recovery activities under guidance.QualificationsExpectations – the experience you need1+ year of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles.Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and concepts.Technical Skills:Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like TerraformBasic networking knowledge and interest in cloud-native services.Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.Additional InformationOur Offer – Professional Development, Personal GrowthFlexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind PolandThis role requires candidates to be based in the European Union.
