Job Title: Commercial Asset Manager 職種：商業アセットマネージャーLocation: Tokyo, Japan 勤務地：日本、東京About the Company 会社概要 A global leader in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join its Tokyo-based team. 再生可能エネルギー分野のグローバルリーダー企業が、東京オフィスで商業アセットマネージャーを募集しています。Key Responsibilities 主な業務内容Treasury Management 資金管理Manage payments related to project contracts (e.g., EPC, O&M, land lease, security, advisors).EPC、O&M、土地賃貸、警備、アドバイザーなどの契約に基づく支払いの管理Handle interest and principal payments in line with financing agreements.融資契約に基づく利息および元本の支払い管理Monitor revenue collection from project companies.プロジェクト会社の収益回収状況のモニタリングBookkeeping & Administration 経理および事務業務Approve and process supplier invoices in accordance with project contracts.プロジェクト契約に基づく請求書の承認および処理Tax Coordination税務対応Liaise with external accountants for tax calculations and filings.外部会計士と連携し、税金の計算および申告を実施Finance Compliance 財務コンプライアンスPrepare reports required by lenders and finance documents.融資契約および財務書類に基づく報告書の作成Calculate and submit financial ratios (e.g., DSCR, Debt/Equity).財務指標（例：DSCR、負債/資本比率）の計算および提出Reporting 報告業務Submit monthly asset management reports.月次アセットマネジメントレポートの提出Provide annual operating reports within 30 days after year-end.年度末から30日以内に年間運営報告書を提出Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies as needed.必要に応じて規制当局向けの財務報告書を作成Requirements 応募資格5+ years of experience in Commercial Asset Management in the energy or real estate sector.エネルギーまたは不動産業界での商業アセットマネジメント経験5年以上Fluent in both English and Japanese.英語および日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.優れた対人スキルとステークホルダー対応能力
