Join Revlon as a Junior Commercial Controller and play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results.What You’ll Be DoingFinancial Control & ReportingEnsure timely and accurate delivery of all reporting requirements, including P&L forecasts and budgets. Maintain strong financial controls in line with corporate policies and US GAAP.Act as the controller for the integrity and accuracy of all sales/marketing spend, liaising with Brand Managers and account managers to review costs and forecasts. Business Partnering Collaborate with Brand Managers and Account Managers to review marketing and sales spend, ensuring alignment with forecasts and business goals.Support Head of Sales in managing the revenue function on monthly basis and ensuring that the Daily Sales reports are issued to the business in a timely manner. Revenue & Margin Analysis Support the Head of Sales with revenue management, daily sales reporting, and margin analysis from Gross Sales to Direct Contribution.Assist with pricing management.Forecasting & Budgeting Prepare monthly forecasts and budgets by brand, ensuring plans align with growth and ROI targets.Prepare monthly forecasts and budgets of all investments by brand.
