In these projects, teams of experts from different European companies collaborate to connect the European electricity and gas markets. These teams need to define and design the international cooperation by developing methods, processes, IT tools, contracts, while keeping all stakeholders informed. Eventually, these processes need to be implemented in different organisations throughout Europe - which is a huge, complex challenge!YOUR ROLE:Act as the driving force behind project teams - guiding and empowering them to deliver results, even when organisations, interests and working styles differ. Provide structure and clarity in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Maintain impartial oversight to ensure decisions are made and progress is achieved. Propose solutions whenever challenges arise, where feasible and needed. Develop your project management and leadership skills, while working across diverse disciplines and addressing varied challenges.Gain insights into the complexities of the European energy market and contribute to impactful transition-oriented projects.This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to have an impact in the European energy transition!Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for analytical young professionals who combine organisational skills with knowledge of people and a drive to deliver results! In addition, the following profile matches you:University Master's degree in a technical, science, business or international relations direction with excellent grades.0 to 2 years working experience; project management experience and/or experience of electricity and gas markets is a plus.Analytically strong: You are structured, forward-thinking, and able to combine creative problem-solving with strategic insight.Excellent communication: You mobilise people from different audiences, are an active listener, strong in verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Professional fluency in English (minimum C1), and Dutch, German or French.You have a clear link with the Netherlands, having lived or studied here.
