Junior Consultant for our Data and AI team in The Tech Collective

If you’re passionate about tech, data, AI, and digital transformation – and want to learn fast while creating tangible client value – we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoYou’ll be part of cross-functional teams delivering high-impact projects across industries, for both public and private clients. Your work will include but not be limited to:Driving digital transformation projects from strategy to implementationShaping actionable AI and data strategies, use-case discovery, and roadmapsDeveloping data centric solutions to support the activation af data in new contextsBuilding proof-of-concepts with generative AI and APIs, and helping integrate solutions into client ecosystemsFacilitating workshops, preparing clear executive materials, and enabling leaders to drive changeYou’ll start as a generalist with room to explore and the option to grow into tracks such as AI advisory, data architecture, AI engineering, software development, or digital strategy.What You BringIf you’re a nerdy person with a collaborative mindset, we’d love to meet you. And if you’re also proactive, empathetic, and comfortable taking responsibility, you’ll fit right in at The Tech Collective.On Top Of That, We’d Prefer If You Are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., business, IT, engineering, computer science, or similar)Have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in how technology drives business valueShow curiosity for AI and modern digital solutions (it will be considered a bonus but not a must if you’ve tried LLMs, Python, or cloud tools)Have strong communication skills, with the ability to structure ideas clearly and turn complexity into clarityWhat We OfferJoin a fast-growing collective that blends nerdiness, energy, and a genuine interest in people.
