Being remote doesn't mean we don't meet each other. The first few weeks of your role will involve lots of in person training with your colleagues. We can be flexible with timings, but the ability to travel and meet up is crucial.Salary depending on experience £30k-£35kJob overviewYou’ll support senior consultants in the delivery of digital transformation projects. The role combines hands-on system configuration with project coordination and documentation.The right person should be comfortable in picking up software tools quickly, be able to write and interpret documentation, generally be a logical and strategic thinker and a great communicator.We work on a number of projects and ongoing clients at any one time, so being organised and able to manage how best to switch context between projects in an efficient manner is important - because we don’t want you to get stressed or confused! We’re open to shape the scope and responsibilities over time.We’re looking for someone to support the following functions (there will be training for each):Write, record and maintain CMS, CRM (or other) user guides for clientsSupport senior consultants in workshops with note taking, creating process diagrammes, prepare workshop materialsCRM or other systems configuration for clients. However, you should be able to travel to London, Manchester or other locations for in-person meetings and co-working as well as a yearly overnight all team building outing. You also need to attend client workshops in the UK.
