Our passion for K-Beauty drives everything we do: from selecting high-quality products to creating unique content experiences that connect with our community.We are looking for a creative and social-first Junior Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, masters TikTok and Instagram, and wants to create content that makes MiiN shine in the Italian market.Please NoteLocation: Barcelona (hybrid)Native Italian + English or Spanish (essential)What will be your daily tasks?Create and analyze the social media strategy for the Italian market.Create, plan, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram.Record voice-overs and assist with video editing.Edit videos daily using CapCut.Ensure that content is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the brand identity.Manage the community on TikTok and Instagram.Execute and schedule the content calendar on both platforms.Participate in the recording and editing of organic content and advertising campaigns.Collaborate daily with the design team.Identify trends on social media and in the beauty sector.Organize and moderate live streams, answering questions and interacting with the audience in real time.Manage UGC (briefing, PR, and operational coordination).Minimum RequirementsWhat are we looking for?If you identify with the following, we want to meet you!
