We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Jr. Content Manager to help execute an SEO-focused content strategy that drives organic growth. The role centers around managing keyword-driven content projects and collaborating closely with Content Managers, writers, the SEO team, and other stakeholders — all within a dynamic and collaborative environment.What will you be doing?Support the execution of SEO-driven content strategies and assist Sr. Content Managers in managing and streamlining the content production process.Review SEO content briefs (blogs, landing pages), create briefs for content requests from other teams, prepare blog post visuals, and get content ready for publishing, ensuring all content is double-checked before it goes live.Ensure content moves smoothly through the production pipeline without delays.Ensure all content tasks are added to the content calendar, with statuses reviewed and updated on a weekly basis. Track and work toward meeting weekly KPIs.Manage content projects across cross-functional teams - providing support to writers, designers, and other involved teams throughout the content production steps.Contribute to smaller SEO initiatives and support content optimization projects (e.g., EEATs, AIOs, etc.).Conduct market research to stay up to date with search trends, particularly around AI tools and opportunities - and help identify emerging content opportunities.Your Qualifications1+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on content project management.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - including designers, content writers, and SEO specialists - to produce high-quality content efficiently.Working knowledge of SEO and familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console.Preferably, experience in design and visual creation, including familiarity with tools such as Figma.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong time-management and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret, report on, and act upon performance data.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.What We OfferFree and healthy lunch if you work from the officeDesign and order your own merch using our platforms with employee discountSalary range from 3000-3700Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global teamAn opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in RigaFlexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.)Health insuranceAccess to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and onlineExciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!We are an equal-opportunity workplace.
