Junior Copywriter (Writer)Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Junior Copywriter, eager to learn, excited to create, and ready to grow into a strong idea-led writer. You’ll support the creative team across brand, campaign, social, digital, and pitch work, writing everything from headlines and scripts to captions, manifests, and deck copy.This role is for someone who brings curiosity, style, a creative perspective, and a willingness to iterate quickly. You don’t need to know everything yet, but you should be eager to get better every day.What You’ll DoWriting & CraftWrite clear, distinct copy across multiple formats:headlines, taglines, body copysocial posts, captions, and conceptsvideo scripts (short + long form)web / landing pages / emailpitch decks and presentationsLearn to adapt your voice and tone to the brand and audience.Take direction well and improve work through rounds of feedback.Proofread your own work and help keep overall copy clean and consistent.Ideation & Concept SupportParticipate in brainstorms and concepting sessions.Help generate headlines, social angles, campaign ideas, etc.Contribute smart references, cultural insights, and creative inspiration.Work closely with designers and senior creatives to bring ideas to life.Presentation & Internal CollaborationSupport deck writing and creative rationale.Help articulate ideas clearly, even if you’re not leading presentations yet.Collaborate with account, strategy, and production to keep work aligned with the brief.Growth & Team ContributionSeek feedback and apply it.Bring positive energy and reliability to the team.Stay curious about trends, brands, and great writing/design out in the world.Build your portfolio through real client work and internal passion projects.Must-Have Skills & Experience0–3 years of experience (agency, in-house, internships, freelance, school projects all count).A portfolio showing strong writing instincts, even if it’s student/spec work.Ability to write for different tones: fun, smart, emotional, punchy, refined.Comfortable with basic tools:Google Docs / WordSlides (Keynote / PowerPoint / Google Slides)Bonus: Figma comments or copy-paste workflow familiarityGood listener, good collaborator, no ego about revisions.Organized enough to manage multiple tasks and timelines.A genuine interest in advertising, brands, design, and storytelling.Nice-to-HavesSome experience writing social content or scripts.Basic understanding of branding and how tone of voice works.Interest in concepting beyond words (ideas that connect to visuals).A side project, newsletter, comedy, poetry, TikTok, zine, or anything that shows your voice.What Success Looks Like in This RoleYour writing gets sharper, faster, and more confident each month.You contribute meaningful ideas in brainstorms.You become a reliable go-to for strong first passes.You take feedback as fuel and show improvement quickly.Your portfolio grows with real, polished work you’re proud of.Why Join InYou’ll learn directly from senior creatives and designers.You’ll get real responsibility and real work, not just “junior tasks.”You’ll help shape ideas across a wide range of brands and formats.We care about craft, culture, and helping people grow.
