Junior Copywriter (Contract)

As a Copywriter (Contract), you will play a key role in shaping and executing brand communication strategies for PRU Syariah across digital, campaign, and internal channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, syariah-aligned content that resonates with our audience and maintains consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.Key Responsibilities:A. Brand CommunicationDevelop copy for brand campaigns including awareness and consideration stages (e.g., headlines, taglines, scripts, body copy, digital ads, articles, and offline materials).Ensure all campaign messaging aligns with PRU Syariah’s brand voice and guidelines, in coordination with the brand and digital teams.Support GTM and digital teams in building communication frameworks and key message pyramids for upcoming launches.Collaborate with designers to produce cohesive visual and verbal concepts.B. Digital ContentIdeate and develop content for digital platforms such as reels, carousels, and blog articles, based on the editorial plan.Create thematic content in collaboration with the digital team.Write effective CTAs (e.g., “Sign up now”) that reflect PRU Syariah’s digital tone.C. Product CommunicationAssist in writing press releases and event scripts.Develop product copy, brochures, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team.Support internal teams in creating content for internal newsletters.Job Requirements:2–3 years of experience working as a Copywriter.Proven experience in handling digital content and brand communication.Background in Life insurance or financial institutions is preferred to ensure the writing style aligns with industry standards and tone.Expected Output:A comprehensive Master Copy Deck for each campaign, ensuring consistency and clarity across all communication materials.
